Athlete Focused

Creating a safe place to physically, mentally and emotionally support pre-elite athletes in the Great Southern.

Partner & Collaborate

To bring together sports professionals and dedicated sponsors to create a supportive environment that provides athletes with exceptional resources and opportunities for success.

FTEM Framework

We recognise and value our role in the national sporting framework, helping local athletes progress into elite national programs and reach their full potential.

Regional Significance

Dedicated to developing exceptional athletes from the Great Southern, not only as role models and future leaders in our own community, but by connecting them to opportunities across the country and bridging the gap between them and their metropolitan competitors.

Value for Money

By ensuring all academy actions and strategies are designed to provide clear pathways to sporting success and inspire future generations of our youth to dream big.
